When we opened YHA Brighton back in November we knew we were in for a big reaction. On sharing a sneak peek of beautiful premium rooms, members couldn't believe their eyes – double beds with two pillows per person? Boutique-style wallpaper? Shocking! But as well as these glamourous new additions to the hostelling universe,
